NigelCutMyBills Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Nigel Cut My Bills prize draw (“Promotion”) operated through the website nigelcutmybills.com.

The Promotion is a free online prize draw intended to highlight the cost of domestic energy bills in the United Kingdom. One winner will receive a prize consisting of the Promoter paying the winner’s domestic household energy bills for twelve months, subject to the cap set out below.

By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Promoter

The promoter of the Promotion is Reform UK Party Limited (company number 16260766) whose registered office is at Millbank Tower, 21–24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP (“Promoter”).

Free Entry and Nature of the Promotion

The Promotion is a free prize draw and is not a lottery. No purchase, payment, donation, or financial contribution is required to enter or win.

Standard internet access charges at normal rates do not constitute payment to participate.

Entry into the Promotion is not conditional upon voting for, supporting, or joining any political party.

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, complete the online entry form at nigelcutmybills.com providing the information requested on the form.

Some questions on the entry form may be optional. Subscription to the Promoter’s communications is optional and is not required to enter the Promotion.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant and not via third parties or agents.

Opening and Closing Dates

The Promotion opens at 06:00AM on Tuesday 17th March 2026 and closes at 06:00AM on Tuesday 31st March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received by the Promoter after the closing time (whether or not they were sent before that time) will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who have a domestic energy account for their primary residential property in the UK.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

  • employees or workers of the Promoter or any company within its group
  • persons involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion
  • members of the immediate families of those persons.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age, residence, eligibility and identity of any entrant or winner and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria.

Failure to provide requested evidence within a reasonable time may result in an entry being declared void or a prize being forfeited.

The Promoter’s decision as to eligibility is final and the Promoter is not obliged to provide reasons for any disqualification.

The Prize

There will be one winner.

The prize consists of the Promoter paying the cost of the winner’s domestic household energy bills (gas and/or electricity) for their primary residential property during the previous twelve-month billing period, as evidenced by utility statements supplied by the winner, subject to a maximum total value of £3,500 GBP (“Prize”).

The Promoter may administer the Prize by:

  • paying bills directly to the energy supplier
  • reimbursing the winner against valid receipts
  • or using another reasonable method determined by the Promoter.

The Prize is available only where the property has a standard domestic energy supply account with a recognised UK energy supplier.

The Prize is intended for the winner’s primary residential property, and the Promoter may withdraw or adjust the Prize if the winner no longer resides at that property during the Prize period.

The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those expressly stated as forming part of the Prize, including any taxes.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless the Promoter decides otherwise.

If necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value or a cash alternative.

Contribution Towards Street Energy Bills

In addition to the Prize awarded to the winner, the Promoter will pay the value of the domestic household heating and electricity bills for the previous twelve-month billing period for each residential property located on the same street as the winner’s primary residential property.

Each payment will be calculated based on utility statements provided by the relevant household and will be subject to a maximum value of £3,500 GBP per property.

For the purposes of this Promotion, the Promoter may determine what constitutes a “street” or group of residential properties in its reasonable discretion.

Only domestic residential properties are eligible. Commercial or mixed-use premises are excluded.

The Promoter may decline to make any contribution where properties share communal or complex energy supply arrangements.

Any contribution, if made, will be subject to:

  • the consent and cooperation of the relevant residents, including providing any required information or consents;
  • the provision of any additional information the Promoter reasonably requires; and
  • any limits, conditions, number of households, duration, value caps or other terms determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

The Promoter may impose reasonable limits on the number of residential properties eligible for any such contribution.

The Promoter reserves the right to decline to administer any discretionary contribution where billing arrangements are unusually complex or impractical.

The Promoter is under no obligation to make any such contribution and may decide not to proceed for any reason.

Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the closing date using a computer process designed to produce verifiably random results, supervised by an independent person where appropriate.

The Promoter’s decision is final.

Notification of the Winner

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in their entry.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner over a period of fourteen days.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that period, the Prize may be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Verification and Claiming the Prize

Before awarding the Prize, the Promoter may require proof of the winner’s:

  • identity
  • age
  • residential address
  • domestic energy account details.

The winner must provide such information within 14 days of request, failing which the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

The Promoter’s decision on verification is final.

Publicity

The first name and county of the winner may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels for a reasonable period after the closing date.

Entrants who object to the publication of their first name and county should notify the Promoter within a reasonable period before the closing date.

The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the Promotion, but participation is not mandatory.
